Orientation Meeting Brings Together Teaching and Administrative Staff in Preparation for the New Academic Yea

Kingdom Schools held an orientation meeting to welcome back its teaching and administrative staff as part of its preparations for the new academic year. The event took place in an atmosphere that fostered communication, belonging, and teamwork across the school community.

The meeting began with a warm welcome and the presentation of gifts to staff members. It also featured an interactive activity in which participants selected the values that best represented them and added their names to a shared display, reflecting the team’s diversity and commitment to a common set of values and purpose.

The event continued in the school theatre with remarks from the administration and Executive Director, Ms. Sadeem Al-Qadi. She outlined key preparations and aspirations for the coming period, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between teaching and administrative staff in creating an effective school environment and delivering an exceptional educational experience for students.

Director of Academic Development, Ms. Randa Dahsha, also presented the professional development plan for teachers. The plan aims to enhance teaching practices and ensure staff readiness to welcome students, supporting educational quality and contributing to the achievement of the new academic year’s objectives.

The meeting reaffirmed Kingdom Schools’ commitment to empowering its staff and fostering a culture of continuous development and collaboration in preparation for a new academic year filled with opportunities for learning, growth, and achievement.
