Developing Educational Competencies at Kingdom Schools through a Specialized Training Program

As part of its ongoing commitment to enhancing the learning environment and empowering its academic and administrative staff, Kingdom Schools organized a two-day training program targeting teachers and the administrative team. The program focused on effective methods for positively motivating students and fostering a supportive, engaging learning environment.

The program explored a range of practical strategies designed to support educators in addressing student-related behavioral challenges and managing classroom situations effectively, thereby enhancing the overall quality of the learning experience and promoting a more balanced and interactive school environment.

The training also highlighted effective approaches for working with adolescents, particularly in situations that require encouraging responsiveness to instructions through well-considered educational practices that take into account students’ psychological and behavioral needs, while supporting the development of positive relationships within the school community.

This program is part of Kingdom Schools’ ongoing efforts to invest in the professional development of its educational staff, driven by the belief that building a positive learning environment begins with empowering teachers and equipping them with the tools and skills needed to succeed both inside and beyond the classroom.
