Celebrating Saudi National Day and Saudi Heritage

Kingdom Schools celebrated Saudi National Day with an event that brought together students from all grade levels. Students expressed their love for their country and pride in its history and culture, taking part in activities that brought them closer to their heritage and strengthened their connection to their national identity.

The celebration featured the participation of the Royal Institute of Traditional Arts, “Wrth,” through a partnership that strengthens the connection between education and Saudi culture while highlighting the value and significance of its traditional arts. The Institute’s presence enriched the celebration, bringing students closer to their national heritage and fostering pride in traditional arts as an integral part of Saudi identity. Wrth’s characters also welcomed students with joy and enthusiasm, bringing together the excitement of celebrating their country with opportunities to explore its culture and arts.

“Aseel” also participated, presenting performances and experiences that introduced students to aspects of Saudi heritage, including the Saudi Ardah, horses, and falcons. Students from kindergarten through secondary school engaged enthusiastically with these activities.

The celebration included student performances, artistic activities, and handicrafts, alongside an art exhibition in which female students expressed their love for their country. These activities gave students opportunities to create, express their feelings towards Saudi Arabia, and explore elements of its culture and arts.

This celebration reflects Kingdom Schools’ commitment to strengthening national identity and connecting education with culture through experiences that combine learning and participation, inspiring students to take pride in their country and contribute to building its future.
