Signing the Sustainability Charter with The Alliance for Sustainable Schools strengthens educational leadership

In line with its ongoing commitment to fostering a responsible and impactful learning environment, Kingdom Schools announced the signing of the Sustainability Pledge in partnership with The Alliance for Sustainable Schools (TASS). The agreement was signed by Ms. Sadeem AlKadi, Executive Director of Kingdom Schools, marking a strategic step toward embedding sustainability principles at the core of its educational framework, in alignment with global best practices.

The signing ceremony was attended by Student Council members and student Sustainability Ambassadors, who play a vital role in supporting high-impact initiatives and leading positive change within the school community. The pledge aims to integrate sustainability concepts into everyday learning experiences and transform the school campus into a practical model that promotes efficient resource use and instills environmental responsibility among students.

Kingdom Schools emphasized that this step represents an extension of its vision to develop a generation that is aware and capable of engaging with global challenges, noting that the pledge goes beyond a formal agreement to serve as a long-term institutional commitment that places sustainability at the forefront of learning and development priorities.

Through this partnership, the school continues to strengthen its role in empowering students to adopt sustainable practices and build their capacities as active leaders who contribute to shaping a more balanced and sustainable future.
